21/4/20 - Multiply a fraction by an integer
I hope you got to grips with multiplying by an integer yesterday, because we are going to do a few more today. Instead of multiplying a unit fraction, you are now going to multiply non-unit fractions (the numerator won’t be 1). Make sure you follow along with the PowerPoint lesson first and then have a go at the questions below and the challenges if you have time!
Feel free to either send an image of your work when it is completed or you can use the document below (21.4.20) and type your answers straight on to them and email this to us. We will then give you the answers and point you in the right direction if you are making a common mistake. If you are stuck or would like some feedback on the work you have completed, or you want to show us what you have achieved, make sure you send your work to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
We look forward to hearing from you!
