This half term in PE we are focusing on physical coordination with equipment in particular striking and fielding.
Why not become creative to improve your coordination.
You could jungle with some oranges or pat your head while rubbing your tummy.
If you have a bit more energy you could do some physical activities like leg kicks where you have to reach for your foot with the opposite arm.
If you have a garden or go out for daily exercise why don't you and your family play a game of cricket or rounders to practise your striking and fielding techniques.
