Weekly Challenge- 20th April 2020
This weeks challenges are all about sending and receiving objects.
If you don't have a ball, you can use rolled up pairs of socks for these challenges!
Roll a ball against a wall and collect the rebound. Count how many times you can do this in a row.
If you don't have a ball- use socks and roll back and forth with a family member.
Use your feet to strike the ball against a wall- or to a partner. Make sure you strike the rebound!
Count how many you do in a row? Can you do a rally of 5 or more?
Can you use your hands to strike the ball back and forth?
Using a ball in each hand- roll them both back and forth with a partner.
Keep a count of your personal best for each challenge and try to beat it each day.
