This week we are exploring a range of topics. We would recommend you do a little each day and try to build some mindfulness and P.E activities into every day.
Well-being and Mindfulness:
Please focus on your family's well-being during this challenging time. We will be practising being mindful during our time at school. We will do some breathing exercises and some mindfulness activities, for example mindfulness colouring and mindfulness walks. We will also be talking lots about our feelings, recognising that we experience different emotions during the day and that these are all okay.
Please use the P.E pages on the website and choose an activity. Remember to get some movement into every day. We have been enjoying Joe Wicks - The Body Coach and Cosmic Kids Yoga on YouTube. You might also like to go for a walk, ride or scooter around your local area.

We have signed up for The Wildlife Trusts' 30 Days Wild! You can sign up too if you like! We especially like the Random Act of Wildness cards and will be trying to complete some of these challenges in school.
This week we are beginning to explore our Science topic: Animals. We would like you to closely observe some animals to see what they do. You could look at a pet, look at minibeasts from outside or observe some birds from your window. What do you notice about them?
Please learn the names of the animals you have observed and do some research to find out which animal group they belong to: fish, amphibian, reptile, bird, mammal or invertebrate.
