September's Thornhill Superstars

Olivia has been an avid cricket fan since starting Thornhill. She was excited to meet one of her heroes, Amanda Jade Wellington, who is an Australian cricketer, who made her international debut for Australia v. South Africa in 2016. Amanda must have been equally as thrilled to meet our Olivia, as she presented her with her team top to keep. Olivia is working hard to follow in her hero’s footsteps!

Congratulations to Amelia, who has successfully completed a 5km ‘ gunge run’ . Imagine having to run 5km and fight your way through gunge and slime! A gunge free Amelia shared her brilliant medal and T-shirt with us in Celebration Assembly.

Not content with one entry into the Thornhill Superstars for September, Amelia has gone one further.

Amelia has travelled to Essex with her dance team, where she was a finalist for a solo routine and was 1st in team and squad. Well done Amelia!

Maisie has recently started playing netball at Swaythling Netball Club. She is very proud of her medal for participating in their recent tournament. You can find more about Maisie's club on our local  sporting contacts section on  this website.
